Default Fictional NTs

Well, we had fun with determining real-life NTs, but I think it's even more fun to discuss fictional NTs. So I'll start:

Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Spider-Man - INTP, maybe INFP

Frank Castle/The Punisher, The Punisher - INTJ (not impulsive enough to be an ISTP)

Bruce Banner, The Incredible Hulk - INTJ

Tony Montana, Scarface - ENTJ, maybe ESTP

Sherlock Holmes - INTJ

M, James Bond movies - ENTJ

Q, James Bond movies - ENTP

Most James Bond villains - xNTJ

Mr. Burns, The Simpsons - INTJ

Tyler Durden, Fight Club - ENTP

Doc Emmett Brown, Back to the Future - ENTP

Professor Snape, Harry Potter series - INTJ

Bruce Wayne/Batman, Batman - INTJ

Spock, Star Trek: TOS - INTJ (some say ISTJ, but I'm not sure)

Jean Luc Picard, Star Trek: TNG - ENTJ

Data, Star Trek: TNG - INTP

Q, Star Trek - ENTP
Captain Jack Sparrow - ENTP
The Man With No Name (Clint Eastwood) - INTx
Aramis, The Three Musketeers - INTJ (comes across much more in the books - in films he seems to be portrayed more like some kind of F)
Edmond Dantes, The Count of Monte Cristo - xNTP
Professor Slocombe, Robert Rankin's books - INTP
Hugo Rune, Robert Rankin's books - ENTP
Odysseus, The Oddysey - ENTP
Eeyore - INTP
The Gray Mouser, Fritz Leiber's Lankhmar stories - INTJ
Thursday Next, Jasper Fforde's books - INTP
Monkey, main character of Wu Cheng'En - ENTP

Just my own speculations...

Now there's an NT.

How about John Galt?

And I've wondered, Dr. House - INTP or INTJ?

Are you sure about this one? Maybe I'm misunderstanding the type, but he's a pretty passionate character. Lust (and implicit abandon) seems to be the defining feature of vampires in general, and with Dracula it's undying love.

Dr. Mengele in The Boys from Brazil, probably ENTJ? (I think the real Mengele was, too.)
