All of these are from Nova Scotia

First up an Osprey. it plunged into the surf right in front of me, whee!



I can't remember what this one is, a Junko maybe?



Last up, a Heron, strutting its stuff, fishing

All are nice pictures but the one of the heron is classic. Look at that strut!

Thanks! He was stalking a fish, so didn't see me (I was only about 15 paces away)

The second photo does look like a Junco. Official name is Dark-eyed Junco.
