He, Hile Rutledge and Katherine Hirsh taught a 2-day workshop on it 2 weeks ago in VA. There are local Association for Psychological Type chapters all over the country and you might just run into such a program at a lower cost if you keep watching!

Excellent. Now this would be even more awesome if you added a short descriptor for each. For example:

I can't really imagine grouping them much further than the dominant functions:

ESP- Se
ISJ- Si
ENP- Ne
INJ- Ni
ETJ- Te
ITP-Ti
IFP- Fi
EFJ- Fe

Any more than that and temperaments start to become impractical and misleading.

IS: Let me know what I'm supposed to do (so I don't waste effort)
ES: Let me do something while I learn
EN: Let me lead while I learn
IN: Let me follow my own star while I learn

Quadrants and change
IS: Let's make sure the change will be better than the present
EN: Change? Great--let's try out new ideas
IN: Let's think about change, model what might happen
ES: Let's just do something!!!

Function pairs and communication
ST: Be brief and cover the details in order
SF: Give me the details that affect me and those I work with or serve
NF: Relate to big ideas and listen to me as well
NT: Respect my intelligence and give me the options

Function pairs and careers:
ST: Jobs that involve practical results and efficiencies--civil engineering, military, production management, emergency services, accounting or law that involves procedural matters or detail
SF: Jobs that involve helping others personally--preschool and elementary teaching, customer service, health care,
NF: Jobs that involve human community and growth--religions careers, counseling, training and organizational development, professors (humanities), communications
NT: Jobs that involve achievement, theories, strategies--science, start-up companies, strategic planning, criminal law, executive coaching

Dominant function and problem solving
S--add practicality, common sense and institutional memory
N--add possibilities and novel ideas
T--add logic, criteria
F--add awareness of impact on community and fit with vision

Dominant function and spirituality
S--spirituality is found through practical applications, human examples of why it will help, evidence in the physical world
N--spirituality is found in communities that allow for diversity and "gray" thinking, an awareness of the interconnectedness of everything, a desire to make a difference
T--spirituality is found through questioning, rational consideration of multiple pathways, logically charting out pros and cons and trajectories of systems of belief
F--spirituality is found in values, acceptance, building of community, and being able to help others

Dominant functions and influencing:
S--be brief, practical and sequential
N--tie to ideas, listen to theirs
T--be logical and respect them
F--be personable and tie it to the people involved

Temperaments...for whatever reason, I really never use them so I'm sure Nardi/Behrens have much better tags at their websites

Last two letters and conflict resolution (from Damian Killen's work)
TP--Take multiple points of view and want a defined process or progression. want to be able to analyze the outcomes
TJ--Want closure, see it as win/lose or win/win
FP--Want respectful listening, all concerns included, open exploration without judgment
FJ--want intact relationships and no lingering bitterness
[hence conflict resolution is difficult because resolution has 4 different meanings...]
