Biden seems to think every issue is the "most important" and "fundamental" differences between the candidates.

That was the point. She used the same canned speeches regardless of relevance.

It's pretty common,and Biden is guilty too. It's just that normally you have a 2 or 3 sentence transition to go from the question to your canned answer. She didn't even try.
