I have to go with both "caring" and "resourceful," the first to describe my mentality regarding other people, and the second to describe most other aspects of my life. When the two are in conflict, though, I'm prone to care more about others and accommodate their needs than to see them as mere resources for my own betterment.

I've got very, very strong ESTP tendencies, and I've tested as both ESTJ and ESTP.
