Chik-fil-a does not count. When I want fried chicken I do not want Chik-fil-a, and when I want Chik-fil-a I do not want fried chicken.

I'll be the first to admit that I absolutely hate fried chicken, especially when it comes from a fast-food restaurant, particularly KFC. Fried chicken, in general, tends to make my stomach upset, but with KFC, I feel like I'm going to throw up.

However, I enjoy grilled barbecued chicken without breading.

chik-fil-a does not have bones in their chicken their for it does not count. as a fried chicken place.it's a chicken sandwhich place. I love chik-fil-a but when I want fried chicken i don't want chik-fil-a when i want chik-fil-a i don't want fried chicken

The local Popeye's suck, but if i can find a good one out of town, you can't beat Popeye's spicy chicken, red beans & rice, biscuits and that awesome cajun gravy.

I have to agree. The Popeye's biscuits are delicious little butter bombs. Church's gets a nod for their honey-glazed biscuits, though.

No Chick-Fila here but I have had it several times. It's fine.

The only place I get, rather than make my own fried chicken from is a place called The Chicken Shack. It's a local chain. Excellent.

I'll eat fried chicken if it's the only thing available, but I generally try to avoid it, especially when it's from a fast food joint.

It's either Popeye's or I make it myself.

I may be biased since I grew up in New Orleans which is where Popeye's originated, but I really do think they have the best fried chicken for a fast food joint.
