View Full Version : How do i find INTJ hotties?

lol you can tell an ENFP made this thread. i've been entertaining myself with the possibility of the perfect type for me. you know the MBTI soulmates. i used to think that there are only preferred types, but hearing success stories of the keirsey theory, my curiosity has led me here. i don't know if i could stand the perfectionist TJ attitudes, but everything's worth a shot. however, my problem is, since INTJ's are so private, how on earth am i supposed to find/identify one? where can i hunt for one? where are the INTJ woods and what bait should i use?

The better queston is: are there any INTJ (or intp) hotties???...

TJ isn't perfectionism, it's git-'er-done.
Because INTJs are such private individuals, I really can't think of any way for you to find them except breaking into their houses at night and kidnapping them, and that might not be such a good idea...

or maybe that's what they want you to do  ... subconsciously of course. with intjs i've learned to read between the lines. tricky ones they are :hi:
edit: or just join mensa (http://www.mensa.org/), i hear it's an intj magnet.

I agree with the get it done part, but I think a couple INTJ's do strive for some form of perfection if it interests them.

Anyways, female INTJ's are going to be tough to find I believe outside of the internet. You are looking at what? 1 out of 200 girls you see being INTJ? I would suggest also looking around schools/careers that attract INTJ's: science, engineering, analyst, doctors, etc...

Well, hopefully one is taking Japanese this fall at the university that way I don't have to spend the thousands of dollars needed to go full time for something like physics or chemistry. Not that I'm not interested in those subjects, I just don't have the resources to just up and quit my job to do school full time again.

i think that may be what i call perfectionist :D. here's the thing, i've been around an ENTJ and i told him that he's a perfectionist (he was quite a demanding Te). he said no, he just doesn't like things to be bad, not that all things have to be perfect. that's like telling me that on a scale from 1 to 10, he's not a complete 10, just a 9.

INTJ Profile (http://typelogic.com/intj.html):INTJs are perfectionists, with a seemingly endless capacity for improving upon anything that takes their interest. What prevents them from becoming chronically bogged down in this pursuit of perfection is the pragmatism so characteristic of the type: INTJs apply (often ruthlessly) the criterion "Does it work?" to everything from their own research efforts to the prevailing social norms.
Te more or less saves INTJs from being hopeless perfectionists. INFJs though, have no such savior, and most of them are exactly that: hopeless perfectionists. No offense.

I can understand how hard it is to get an INTJ girl.
I signed up on that geek dating site, made a pretty good profile, got some messages and winks, but I have never responded to any of them.
First some advice. It is hard to get our attention. Please don't resort to getting negative attention. Some boy tried that at school and ended up calling me a lesbian. If he really was interested in me, calling me a lesbian really wasn't the right thing to say.
Here's an idea.
Log on to World of Warcraft and meet some girls (make sure they really are girls first) and chances are a lot of them are INTJs. But please don't break into our houses unless you want your ass handed back to you.
What makes us so "hot" anyways? =/ Seriously. Tell me.

Look for the one with the impecable dress (ie it's all pressed and such) but with seemingly no care at all for preening. It's quite possible that such a person is an INTJ... just don't go poking around in their heads or get all up in their face... most seem to not like having their personal space invaded and you don't want to draw the ire of one if you wish to leave with your sense of self value in tact!!
(Actually based on my INTJ friend, look for the one who's looking at everyone like they're doing something wrong and is making comments to a friend about "that girl's neck" and "how can she wear that?" and so forth :) )

Every female I know that plays WoW are carebears who freak out in pvp... one exception. Doesn't sound like intj personality. I have a feeling most females that play WoW are NF's, and almost never an E.

It might be common to look at others like they're doing something wrong but before we can comment on what someone is wearing we'd have to notice and unless fashion was an interest of ours we probably wouldn't NFs would me more inclined to do this. I don't notice what others wear unless it bites me. But yes, uninvited head poking is not recommended!

It's like this because INTJs can actually be coaxed out of their lairs with offerings of food -- inferior Se. This is not so with INTPs.

I am actually considering joining Mensa. I just have to find some test score documents. That could take a while depending on where I put it on my to do list. I give myself until the end of this academic year (June 2009).
I am cute to hot, on a scale of hotness. I am a doctor. I think there are a relatively high number of cute female INTJ doctors around my university. I had trouble figuring out who they were initially though, so I think it would be hard to tell just by looking. I am in the medical library sometimes, but more often in my lab (alone).

Looking good can come to some INTJ's if they are high J. Others may do it as it fits their need for whatever reason.

I wonder if this is a real indicator? I do like to be fed by men. I need to stop letting guys buy me dinner because it makes me too attached and most aren't worth attaching to. My INFJ girlfriend advised that I meet at a location for coffee and I pay for mine. That way I won't be inclined a priori to feel attachment. I'm going to try it.

1. they are smart people who love theory and i myself fall under that camp too (well i hope i'm smart :D).

i've realised this too, and i'm actually glad that someone asked me. it's not that i don't like people who are structured and do things on time (J function/Te), it's that i don't really like being bossed around. heck i admire people for being structured. i feared the T paired with the J because T's just say what they think is 'right', and what they think is right is for one to get off one's ass. i've been around ENTJ's and ESTJ's and to be honest, that in-your-face, do-it-now attitude really annoyed me. however, i've been starting to wonder if that has a lot to do with the E function. if people need their space then maybe they won't boss me around as much because they understand that need for space. INTJ's also share things that i admire/want to have, so that sets them apart i guess.
