My website needs a face lift. My Husband created it but he's been very busy and unable to tend to it. Any ideas how I can go about doing this myself, or should I hire a professional?

Depends on what kind of face lift you need. If you're just looking to make cosmetic changes, you could probably do it yourself if you kept it simple. If you're going to make changes in functionality, or very complex cosmetic changes, hiring someone would save a lot of time and frustration.

Just a face lift. :) SJ's (my neighbor) brother designs websites so I've contacted him. What would either of you charge to update it. For example one page says, "Now booking for 2006" and another says now booking for Spring/Summer 2007. Outrageous I tell you! :smile: I'd also like to update the before and after photo gallery. Other than those few things, I'm cool with how it looks.

Honestly, if that's all you're discussing... I mean, text changes?
That's not web site creation/dev/design. That's text editing.

Same thing with the photos. That's nothing at all. About as "basic maintenance" as you could get.
