That was my question, too. Like those poll questions on cnn (or other news sources) that ask opinions to settle a factual inquiry. with pure speculation.
Rephrase OP to "which types would you think are least likely to marry?" Is there a study on this somewhere?
In terms of functions, I'd expect those with Si and Fe as their weakest functions. Weak Si because they would lack that compulsion to see themselves as part of a culture or tradition that they must carry on. Weak Fe because of the disconnect from other people's desires and social norms. The disinclination to take responsibility for others' emotional needs kind of takes away from the shared feeling usual in mating and marriage.
